All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering. We ship all packages using Priority Shipping from USPS. We will do our best to make all returns and exchanges as painless as possible for all of us. All returns require an approval code that will be issued to you upon reviewing your case. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase if returned items are received in excellent condition. This means all items, as well as the original packaging, instructions and any accessories, must be undamaged, unwashed, unsoiled, and unscented. We cannot accept items that smell of smoke or have pet hair on them. Items received in unacceptable condition will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange. Clearance, seconds and prior returned items are not returnable for refund or exchange. All clearance, seconds and prior returned items are "Final Sale". Baby carriers eligible for the Risk Free program will receive a full refund. Carriers shipped after the 14-day free trial and all other items will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We will replace or return any item that is determined to be defective at no expense to you. All items are returned at your expense. We highly recommend purchasing delivery confirmation and insurance for your package as we cannot be responsible for items we don't receive. If purchasing items as a gift for an upcoming arrival, please contact us or provide a due date on your order. This will allow exchanges up to 30 days after the birth of the baby.
