If the baby carrier you buy isn’t right for you and your baby, or you just hate the color, I will do my best to make sure we find a carrier you love. Just return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
You have two weeks to try the carrier from the date it was shipped to you. It must be postmarked by the 14th day to receive a full refund. If you still feel you need more time, you can keep it up to 30 days, but will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a full refund, the following are required:
- Carrier must have been shipped to you in the last 2 weeks.
- Carrier cannot have been washed.
- Item must still be in excellent condition, free from any damage, stains, or odors.
- Original packaging, instructions and accessories must all be included and in new condition.
